Ms. Bui Thi Ha, Deputy Director of ENV said: “ENV fully agrees with the content of the new indictment of the People's Procuracy of Nha Trang City. This is a good result from the efforts of the proceeding agencies in clarifying the facts of the case and proposing a penalty frame appropriate for particularly serious damages of the offense. ”

Ms. Ha also expressed: “ENV hopes that the Trial panel will continue to maintain a strict stance in the forthcoming Hai trial. ENV believes that the imposition of a strict prison sentence (without a suspended sentence) and additional penalties commensurate with the particularly serious consequences of the conduct are very necessary and perfectly reasonable, continuing the fight.
